VM AI provides AI-powered voice assistants that can handle incoming and outgoing business calls, take notes, engage in real-time conversations, and more. Users can subscribe to plans that include a virtual number and per-minute calling services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account or resell access to our Services.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • VM AI offers paid subscription plans (e.g., $3/month for a number, $0.40/min for calls).
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved processors.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, depending on your plan.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime. No refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Use of AI & Voice Recordings

  • You understand and agree that your calls may be recorded for quality, training, and note-taking purposes.
  • VM AI’s AI voice agent mimics natural human conversation, and callers may not be informed they are speaking to an AI unless required by law.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding call recording and voice services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VM AI to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Transmit spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the AI or platform
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, branding, and technology used in VM AI is our property or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our Services without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

VM AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • VM AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

You may stop using VM AI at any time by canceling your subscription.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or in-app notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
